OPATIJA EAST:

Parking lots in Volosko: dr. Andrije Štangera to no. 63, dr. Andrije Štangera - from no. 63 to the intersection with Maršala Tita – opposite of the restaurant Evergreen, Ulica dr. Ivana Poščića, Črnikovica and Plato Črnikovica, Supilova ulica and Volosko - groblje:

• For the residents of: dr. Andrije Štangera, dr. OPATIJA NORTH:

Parking lot at the Šetalište Carmen Sylve opposite to the Put za Plahuti, Vrutki and Nova cesta at no. 101.

• For the address of residence in: Nova cesta (no. 83, 93, 101, 118, 128, 130, 134, 140, 142 and 144), dr. Vande Ekl (no. 8 and 15), Šetalište Carmen Sylve, J. Pilata, F. J. Schullera, Stubište Juliusa Glaxa, Mušićevac, Vrutki and Put za Trbuhovac.

OPATIJA WEST:

Parking lot in Ika, Dražina:

• for the addresses of residnece in Ika

Privileged parking permit can be issued for the following eligible users:

1. The right to obtain the "Privileged parking permit 1.000 hours" can be exercised by INDIVIDUALS - residents of the Town of Opatijae
- has a place of residence in The Town of Opatija, šas evidenced by a ID or the certificate of residency issued by the Croatian Ministry of Interior, not older than 30 days,
- has a vehicle registered in their name, as evidenced by a valid traffic permit or a leasing agreement, or is using a company owned vehicle in which case a proof of employment has to be brought as well as a company certificate stating the employee is authorized to use the vehicle,
-for users of the "Privileged parking permit 1.000 hours" the obligation to pay an hourly ticket in zones 0 (zero) and 1 (one) arises after 120 minutes from the start of parking, during the entire year, and can also park their vehicle free of charge on weekends (saturday and sunday) and on holidays, from the beginning of November to the end of February,
- the users of the "Privileged parking permit 1.000 hours"  can use the 120-minute grace period only once a day with the possibility of changing the parking zone or location of the vehicle during these two hours,
- "Privileged parking permit 1.000 hours" can be used at all open street parking lots where the Parking Organizer Opatija 21 d.o.o. provides parking services,
- "Privileged parking permit 1.000 hours“ can not be usad for parking at fenced parking lots or in the public garage.

2. PRIVATE CITIZEN (resident)
- has a place of residence in the area where the parking services are provided, as evidenced by a ID or the certificate of residency issued by the Croatian Ministry of Interior
- has a vehicle registered in their name, as evidenced by a valid traffic permit or a leasing agreement, or is using a company owned vehicle in which case a proof of employment has to be brought as well as a company certificate stating the employee is authorized to use the vehicle.
Monthly price: 30,00 HRK (VAT included)
Note: A private citizen is eligible to a single privileged parking permit and is obliged to provide the required documentation for the Privileged parking permit for each subsequent year.

3. PRIVATE CITIZEN (resident) – FOREIGN NATIONAL
- has a place of residence in the area where the parking services are provided, as evidenced by a ID or the certificate of residency issued by the Croatian Ministry of Interior and a copy of the work permit
- has a vehicle registered in their name, as evidenced by a valid traffic permit or a leasing agreement, or is using a company owned vehicle in which case a proof of employment has to be brought as well as a company certificate stating the employee is authorized to use the vehicle.
Monthly price: 30,00 HRK (VAT included)
Note: A private citizen - foreign national is eligible to a single privileged parking permit and is obliged to provide the required documentation for the Privileged parking permit for each subsequent year.

4. CRAFTSMAN (BUSINESS OWNER)

- uses a workshop/office space in the area where the parking services are provided, as evidenced by the certificate of ownership or lease contract
- has a vehicle registered in their name (or the business name), as evidenced by a valid traffic permit or a leasing agreement
Monthly price: 350,00 HRK (VAT included)
Note:A maximum of three (3) preferential parking permits can be issued to a craftsman and they are obliged to provide the required documentation for the Privileged parking permit for each subsequent year

5. VACATION RENTAL OWNER/PROPERTY MANAGER (private citizen or company)

- owner or manager of vacation rental apartment(s) in the in the area where the parking services are provided, as evidenced by a permit for each accommodation unit, which was issued by the governing administrative authority
- a person who has paid all the fees associated with vacation home renting activities (tourist and all other applicable taxes), as evidenced by a certificate issued by the Tourist Board of the Town of Opatija, a certificate issued by the Tax Administration and the certificate issued by the Town of Opatija
Monthly price: 350,00 HRK (VAT included)
Note: A maximum of three (3) preferential parking permits can be issued to a vacation rental owner and they are obliged to provide the required documentation for the Privileged parking permit for each subsequent year. The owner/manager is obliged to report every change of the permit user (vehicle registration number) by phone at +385 (0)51 401 365 (Cash desk of Opatija 21 d.o.o.), by email at parking@opatija21.hr, or online, by using the Service for vacation rental owners (provided that they have obtained the PIN verificaton code from Opatija 21 d.o.o.).

6. PRIVATE CITIZEN - EMPLOYEE
- - is employed by a company or a craftsman registered in Opatija, in the area where the parking services are provided, as evidenced by a certificate issued by the company/craft business owner
- has a vehicle registered in their name, as evidenced by a valid traffic permit or a leasing agreement
Monthly price: 150,00 HRK (VAT included)
Note: An employee of a business in Opatija is eligible to a single privileged parking permit and is obliged to provide the required documentation for the Privileged parking permit each calendar year.
For employees working in Opatija, a privileged parking permit can be issued only for the Maršala Tita area from the intersection with Dr. Max Joseph Oertel to the intersection with Nova Cesta and for the parking lots Volosko - Črnikovica and Plato Črnikovica

7. PRIVATE CITIZEN (PROPERTY OWNER)
- a person with a residence address in Opatija, in the in the area where the parking services are provided, as evidenced by the excerpt from the land register
- has a vehicle registered in their name, as evidenced by a valid traffic permit or a leasing agreement
- a person who has paid all the fees associated with the ownership of the property (tourist and all other applicable taxes, utility fees), as evidenced by a certificate issued by the Tourist Board of the Town of Opatija, a certificate issued by the Tax Administration and the certificate issued by the Town of Opatija
Monthly price: 500,00 HRK (VAT included)
Note: A property owner is eligible to a single privileged parking permit and is obliged to provide the required documentation for the Privileged parking permit each calendar year.

8. OTHER USER CATEGORIES

Annual preferential parking permits may be issued for parking lots referred to in Articles 3 and 4 of the General Parking Conditions:

• Primary health care physicians and coroners when making home visits in areas where parking fees are paid, provided that the appropriate plate is prominently displayed on the vehicle.
• To the media houses when they report on events from the Town of Opatija, provided that the sign "PRESS" is prominently displayed on the vehicle.
• Blood donors - mens who have donated blood 100 or more times, or woman who have donated blood 75 or more times. The parking permit is valid for one year from the date of issue
