There are several payment options for parking fees in Opatija. In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, you can purchase:
hourly or daily parking permit- daily, weekly, montkly or yearly prepaid parking permits (the first prepaid permit has to be purchased at the cash desk of the Parking Department, at the head office of Opatija 21 d.o.o., Stubište Lipovica 3, 51410 Opatija, Sports hall Marino Cvetković, 1st floor)
- privileged parking permits (PPK) - available for eligible users ONLY
- by using the "Privileged parking ticket 1.000 hours" - exclusively for residents of the City of Opatija who have duly activated the ticket at the head office of Opatija 21 d.o.o., Stubište Lipovica 3, 51410 Opatija, Sports hall Marino Cvetković, 1st floor.
Provided that they don't have privileged or subscription permits , or after using up the "1,000-hour privileged parking parmit", users can purchase an hourly or daily parking permit:

at the parking’s pay station – cash or credit card payment (available at most of the parking lots) - Parking prices

by SMS (m-Parking), via the Bmove.com app (works with any mobile provider, domestic or foreign), Opatija.City app or other similar apps (note the billing zone indicated at the parking lot). -
by purchasing a Prepaid parking coupon (PPB)
